Problem Note 41959: Error received when activating a Best Practice Template within SAS® Retail Space Management version 6.2

The following issue was reported in the Space Optimization component of SAS® Retail Space Management version 6.2.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If a user opens an inactive Best Practice Template (BPT) from the BPT Manager window and right clicks outside the BPT to activate it, an error is received:
"OPERANDS OF ARITHMETIC OR COMPARISON OPERATION NOT COMPARABLE. An error occurred during implicit system action type 2"
This error only occurs in an environment which uses the IBM DB2 database platform.
The workaround is to activate a BPT by selecting it on the BPT Manager and clicking the Activate button.
